Review
The bad news first: There were some serious editing, spelling and
grammar errors. I do not usually stress out about these issues, but
there were a few times in this book where I was left wondering at the
meaning of a sentence. The issues were consistent throughout. Too and to
were switched in meaning through the entire book, and we had the usual
your and you're issues that so many writers seem to have. These were
just the two errors that I can think of off the top of my head, and
there were a fair few more.
The very good news: This book was excellent!!! It was so worth muddling through the errors to witness the story within. The point of view was freshly unique, and the story flowed beautifully. There were some truly original, and sweet scenes that rate up there as some of my favorite ever. Ella Frank has been gifted with a subtle style, and I don't think I have ever read better love scenes EVER!!! They were the perfect blend of scorching hot yet tasteful, and I wanted to be Lena so many times ;)
With a good editor that stuck to just working on technical issues and stayed away from the story itself this book could be rated with any mainstream novels out there today.
